These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OTZAR website, online store, products, services, and related content.

This website and online store are operated under the OTZAR trade name (“OTZAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing a product from OTZAR, you agree to these Terms together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, as applicable.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products from OTZAR.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the applicable transaction or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You may not use our website, products, or services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. LIMITED-QUANTITY BUSINESS MODEL

OTZAR operates primarily through limited-quantity editions, drops, collections, and releases.

Products may be offered in restricted quantities and may sell out without being restocked.

Because each completed purchase removes inventory from a limited release that could otherwise have been purchased by another customer, OTZAR maintains a strict final-sale policy to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product, size, color, quantity, shipping information, and other order details before completing a purchase.

3. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.

Actual colors, washes, textures, distressing, print placement, stitching, measurements, finishes, and other characteristics may vary slightly because of manufacturing processes, garment treatments, photography, lighting, displays, and screen settings.

Reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute product defects.

OTZAR may modify, discontinue, or change future products and product offerings at any time, subject to existing customer obligations and applicable law.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by OTZAR.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

  • Inventory errors

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized payment activity

  • Resale abuse

  • Automated purchasing activity

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Technical errors

  • Inability to fulfill an order

If OTZAR cancels an order after payment has been collected, any amount owed back to the customer will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change before purchase.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other charges may be calculated during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete transaction and payment information.

By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

6. TAXES

Applicable taxes may be collected where OTZAR is required to collect them.

Tax treatment may depend on the customer's shipping destination and applicable law.

Customers may remain responsible for taxes, duties, import charges, or similar governmental charges not collected by OTZAR where applicable law imposes those obligations on the customer.

7. FINAL SALES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because OTZAR operates through limited-quantity releases, ALL SALES ARE FINAL except where otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.

We generally do not provide voluntary returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, or store credit because of:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Accidental purchases

  • Incorrect product or color selection by the customer

  • Fit or style preferences

  • Failure to review product or sizing information

  • Failure to enter a promotional code

  • Reasonable product variations
