OTZAR REFUND & RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

OTZAR operates on a limited-quantity release model. Our products are produced and released in intentionally limited quantities, and many items may not be restocked once sold out.

Because every completed order removes limited inventory from availability to other customers, all OTZAR sales are final.

Except where required by applicable law or specifically stated below, OTZAR does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or requests for refunds or store credit.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

WHY WE HAVE THIS POLICY

OTZAR is not a mass-inventory retailer. We operate through limited editions, drops, and releases with restricted quantities.

When an item is purchased, that unit is removed from a limited pool of available inventory. During a release, another customer may lose the opportunity to purchase that product or size as a result.

Additionally, because products may sell out and may not be reproduced or immediately restocked, we cannot guarantee replacement inventory for returns or size exchanges.

For these reasons, we maintain a strict all-sales-final policy.

Customers should carefully review their product, size, color, quantity, shipping information, and other order details before completing a purchase.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOMER PREFERENCE

We do not provide returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit because of:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Accidental purchases
Incorrect product or color selection by the customer
Dissatisfaction with fit, style, feel, or appearance
Failure to review sizing information
Failure to enter a promotional or discount code
Purchasing immediately before or after a promotion
Reasonable variations in color, wash, distressing, texture, print placement, stitching, measurements, or finish
An item selling out after purchase and preventing an exchange for another size or variation

Purchasing multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning unwanted products does not create a right to return those products.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because limited inventory may begin processing quickly after an order is submitted, orders are not guaranteed to be cancelable or changeable once placed.

This includes requests to change a product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, or shipping method.

If you discover an error, contact OTZAR immediately. We may attempt to accommodate a change before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that a modification or cancellation will be possible.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Our final-sale policy does not mean that customers are expected to accept a materially defective, materially damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled product.

If your item arrives materially damaged, materially defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact OTZAR within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, and photographs of the packaging where relevant.

OTZAR may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

If we determine that an item was materially defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, exchange, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Because OTZAR releases limited quantities, an identical replacement may not be available after a product sells out.If replacement inventory is unavailable, OTZAR will determine an appropriate alternative consistent with applicable law.

Normal wear, damage occurring after delivery, misuse, improper washing or care, accidental damage, sizing dissatisfaction, and reasonable manufacturing or garment-treatment variations are not considered defects.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before purchasing.

Different garments, fabrics, cuts, washes, and manufacturing processes may fit differently. An item being larger, smaller, looser, tighter, longer, shorter, or otherwise fitting differently than expected does not by itself make the product defective.

Because inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee size exchanges even when another size was available at the time the original purchase was made.

Please confirm your size before ordering.

LIMITED-EDITION PRODUCTS

Terms such as “Edition,” “Drop,” “Release,” “Limited,” or similar descriptions indicate that a product is being offered as part of a restricted release.

They do not guarantee future resale value, investment value, appreciation, or permanent scarcity unless OTZAR expressly states otherwise.

OTZAR may determine whether or when to produce future products, designs, variations, collections, or releases.

SHIPPING

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

OTZAR is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Do not send products back to OTZAR without authorization.

Sending merchandise to OTZAR does not automatically create a right to a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.

Unauthorized returns may be refused to the extent permitted by applicable law.

PAYMENT DISPUTES AND FRAUD

Customers experiencing a legitimate problem with an order are encouraged to contact OTZAR so that we can investigate the issue.

OTZAR reserves the right to contest fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive payment disputes using available order information, customer communications, tracking records, delivery confirmation, transaction records, and other relevant evidence.

Nothing in this policy restricts a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legitimately disputable transaction.

EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

This policy is intended to establish a strict final-sale policy to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, eliminate, or restrict a consumer right, warranty, refund, remedy, or other protection that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law requires a return, refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy, applicable law will control.
